Sthira-The focus of consciousness-energy, solidity (masculine)

Sukha-The pure receiving receptacle, space (feminine)
I wish to work on myself to be a better man. Yet I am so totally influenced by outer influences that I am better described as a machine than a man. So if I am to work on myself, as a mechanical body, perhaps I should start as a mechanic.

Why am I here, besides filling the quota of empty bar stools? Besides being an insulating layer of human sludge covering the surface of the wobbly Earth? We are all antennae, receiving/transmitting apparatus for the universal consciousness-energy. As such we are part of the mechanical process of universal evolution.
As we are influenced by the planetary forces and universal laws, like gravity and the seat belt law, we either repel said energies, try ignore cause and effect, or we can consciously open up to, be nourished by, led by, and live in harmony with the will of the absolute. Which makes life easy-peazy pie instead of constant friction.
Like a machine, say a cool race car, i want by body/antenna to run it's best. So... through tantric mechanics I tune my baby up to make it purr. or sit quietly which is often harder.

Part (1):

Potential energy. Our body, as well as our thoughts, are all energy. So how come I can't get out of bed? Our energy is trapped within us like stagnant pools of toxic waste. And like stagnant pools of toxic waste, stagnant energy causes dis-eases.
Our dis-ease is like the dis-ease of a car when not running efficiently, it sputters, coughs, hits a tree and stops running.
Our soul then has to hitchhike home in the middle of a cold stormy night like Janet Weiss (played by Susan Sarandon) in the Rocky Horror Picture Show. A Tantric Mechanic I can reduce the obstructions. I can create an intrinsic equilibrium through focusing the force of energy as it whips through my hollow being.
Yoga doesn't depend on muscular effort. Quite the opposite. When this focused support is felt, it is because some unconscious muscular, or energetic, effort has ceased to obstruct it.
We never push our selves into asanas, we relax to allow them to flow while we watch. The "new found" energy we experience through intrinsic equilibrium of the mechanical body is simply the release of energy we weren't aware we already had, like a lost quarter in the couch cushions.
Lets work from the inside out. It all begins with the focus of energy, which I will skip, because it's learned be doing, not yakking about it. Please read Tantric-Mechanic Part (2)
