tantric-mechanic part(2)

Secondly, it's about creating Sthira and Sukha, conscious stability and conscious plasticity. If I can do this stuff, anyone can. I was practicing yoga theory as a teenager by shot-gunning beer cans. We drunkards could manipulate the flow of whatever ya'll got in your can by the access of a hole in the top and an equal hole in the bottom. Let go of both and, whoosh! Our top hole is the glorious glottis
which is pictured above. The exercises of breath control and chanting OM and deep throating your friends, all manipulate the glorious glottis. We can increase, decrease or stop the flow of air, prana, energy, whatever ya'll got in your can. For a groovy video check:

The pelvic diaphragm is our bottom hole. It looks too much like the picture above, but isn't. The exercises of mudra chakra stimulation and pulling in and holding the pelvic diaphragm from within, called root bandha, also controls the flow of energy. What goes in must come out, yes?
Activating top and bottom together, brings a necessary conscious focus to our work.
In the middle, I think most all of us have a third diaphragm, called The Diaphragm, which looks nothing like the picture above. This is like the syphon we stick in our friends gas tank in the midnight gas give-away.
But here's the funny thing. It doesn't suck air into our lungs. Nope. The diaphragm, by expanding the size of the thoracic cavity, creates a lower pressure system in our can. Air, like energy and my x-wife, follows the path of least resistance. It forces itself from the external higher pressure system to the new lower pressure system in our can. Our muscles are only needed to push it all back out again, like squishing an empty Natty-Bo' can. (Natty-Bo' is a cheap Baltimore beer made from harbor water).
In Tantric Yoga Breathing Exercises we consciously control all three diaphragms. This is like revving the engine, whether a 07' Hummer or a 68' Beetle, and shifting into fourth on the highway; unless you have a fifth gear, then it's like shifting into fifth, oh, whatever.
We activate these instruments as we flow in and out of yoga asana. We experiment to see the results.
Does this conscious effort produce quantities of unfathomed energy and focus? Intensify every movement, every moment?
In the laundromat, on the mat, with our partner, all alone with the All?
We have the ability, with tantric mechanic knowledge and continual practice to become much more conscious, much, much more efficient, lots more energetic and at the same lots and lots more tranquil. In love and consciousness we can share tantric orgasms every day.
